Cancellation Policy

TERMS & CONDITIONS 1. Payment Terms A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due on or before the shoot date. No images will be released until full payment is received. 2. Late Arrival / Grace Period A 30-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals, after which the Photographer may forfeit the shoot entirely. Time lost due to lateness will be deducted from the session duration. 3. Delivery of Photos Edited images will typically be delivered digitally within 7–10 business days after the session. In the rare event that a delay is to occur, Tide Rise Studios will not be responsible for delays due to situations out of their control. Rush delivery may be available at an additional cost. 4. Editing & Retouching Basic color correction and minor retouching is included. An edit or special request more than one (1) time may incur an additional fee. 5. Client Conduct / Damage Clause Clients are responsible for their behavior and any damage to studio equipment or property due to their actions/ill preparedness during the session. 6. Force Majeure (Unexpected Events) Tide Rise Studios may delay or cancel at any moment due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather, illness, or technical issues. In the event of this a full refund will be issued. 7. Model Release All images taken by Tide Rise Studios remain the intellectual property of the photographer. By booking this package, the client grants permission for Tide Rise Studios to use the photographs for marketing and promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, website, and advertisements. The client is granted personal use rights for sharing and printing, but commercial resale or third-party distribution is prohibited .
